The Blooming Grove/Norbert Noe Holiday Decoration Contest

The Town of Blooming Grove invites all residents and businesses to participate in our 2nd annual holiday lights decorating contest.
This contest has been renamed to honor last year’s winner, Norbert Noe, who passed away from Covid earlier this year. He loved the holidays and when he found out he won, he said “Wait til you see what I do next year” He will forever be remembered in this town as a great man and our Best of the Best winner!

Let’s spread some holiday cheer this year by decorating homes and businesses in festive lights and decor!
Maps will be created and distributed by December 6th so that the community can drive through & admire each home & business participating, from the comfort and safety of their own car.
Top 3 residents and top 3 businesses will be awarded a gift basket ($50 value each) for the following categories:
- Most Festive
- Most Creative
- Norbert Noe Award (Best of the Best)
Judging will take place on December 18th and winners will be contacted by December 26th.
Judging will be conducted by our sponsors: Walden Savings Bank, Kiwanis Club of Washingtonville, Hudson Heritage Realty, GR Tours, Helene Spear Licensed Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty and the Blooming Grove Chamber of Commerce.
