Promoting and growing a local business community is about more than just “shopping local” when you’re able. It’s about showing your support through referrals, social media posts, online reviews and connecting with your fellow business owners on a personal level. It is for these reasons that Vicki is a proud member of the Blooming Grove Chamber of Commerce Board.

In her role with the Chamber, she is responsible for planning monthly events, promoting Chamber members’ businesses via Facebook, and spreading the word about what the Chamber has to offer local businesses.

As a seasoned public relations, marketing and sales professional, Vicki has a passion for building and strengthening the brands of her own business, J. Hoffman Insurance, as well as those of the local businesses in her community. For 15 years, Vicki had the experience of promoting products produced by global companies such as 3M, Schering-Plough, Merck, Glaxo Smith Kline, Unilever, and Samsung – but never felt the satisfaction promoting international brands that she does now among the small to medium sized businesses she knows and networks with here in Orange County.

If you see Vicki at one of our events, or out-and-about in the community, don’t hesitate to say “hi!” Personal relationships are invaluable to her and she is always happy to trade a smile and a friendly greeting with those she meets.
