Business Information

Kathy Stegenga is a life-long resident of Blooming Grove. Kathy always felt a calling to “give back” to her community. She was raised with the belief that heartfelt involvement in the community is the key to creating a place that people are proud to live, work and raise their families.

Before Kathy was an Orange County Legislator and the owner of Woodcock Home Improvement, she was a mom of two girls with a demanding career in law enforcement. Through her involvement in a variety of organizations, Kathy has demonstrated that representing and supporting local residents is a priority. 

When she is not busy running her small business, helping to shape our local laws, or innovating new ways the Chamber can engage business owners to help them grow their businesses, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, John, her children and grandchildren.
